Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all major cities and regions of Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional campaigns, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • It must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product should not be damaged due to customer misuse.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized products
  • Cut fabric
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling

Wrong or Defective Products

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

After verification, Lawrence Tex will arrange the return or replacement, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Exchange Due to Change of Mind

If you wish to exchange a product due to:

  • Color preference
  • Design preference
  • Size or selection change (where applicable)

The customer will be responsible for the courier charges for the exchange.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method where applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
